Today is Employee Ownership Day – a chance to celebrate the impact of employee-owned businesses across the UK.

At Interaction, we’ve been proudly employee owned since 2019. Our culture naturally reflects EO values: shared responsibility, open communication, and collective pride. EO gave these values a clear structure.

But employee ownership isn’t the finish line – it’s just the beginning.

EO needs more than legal status; it needs mojo – energy, belief, and daily behaviours that make ownership real. Everyone must understand what EO means for them and how they shape our future.

As we enter Interaction’s next chapter, we ask:

  • Are we making EO feel real and relevant?

  • Are we creating conditions for true engagement, not just ownership on paper?

We’re proud of our progress but know there’s more to do. EO provides a powerful platform – now it’s time to build on it.

Today, we celebrate what we’ve achieved and restate our commitment to keep putting the mojo into EO.
